Highly recommend the signature facial with Rayna if you’re looking for a holistic and relaxing experience. The shop itself is super cute, filled with Botnia products and other beautiful botanical goods. It's the perfect spot to treat yourself and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

I visited refuge yesterday for the first time ever, i went with my mom. I got a 1 hour facial which had an exfoliating treatment, an enzyme mask, full arm massage and Gua sha treatments, it was super relaxing and peaceful throughout the entire session. the owner is super sweet and awesome, the inside of the spa is super earthy with many cool trinkets you can buy. overall my experience at refuge was a 10/10 and i will definitely be going back.

This was by far the best facial I've ever had! My skin looks so good! Rayna was very thorough asking about my skin issues, her products are fantastic and smell amazing, she's very gentle, and she was really sweet. The facial felt so good that I fell in and out of sleep. My skin is glowing! She's a great conversationalist but is also comfortable with silence. I recommend her to anyone, do yourself a favor and get a facial here!
