Robert replied to my voice mail quickly, gave his analysis of the problem over the phone, and suggested a very helpful way to potentially resolve my problem first, before having to bring in the printer. His suggestion worked, and I was quickly back in business in my home office. I appreciated his very professional and friendly service.

Amazing service! I took my laptop in because it wouldn't turn on and Robert had it back to me within four hours! He not only fixed the initial problem but the computer is running better than it has in months! Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Robert's services. He is super friendly and as a another reviewer said, he really does go above and beyond. I strongly believe we need to start embracing repair over replacement in our toxic 'throw away' society where planned obsolescence by companies is not being addressed by lawmakers, especially concerning electronics. The first two people I spoke with about repairing my MacBook immediately asked me how old my computer was and without even looking at it, said it wasn't worth repairing because it's too old (7 years) and that I should just buy a new one.
