Our whole family had an awesome experience working with Herman and his crew. We did a huge project where we added on an apartment (ADU) to our existing house and also did an almost complete remodel of our first floor. It was a big undertaking and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I tend to be particular and had trouble making decisions regarding style and such. Herman, his crew and subs all helped in various ways and eased my mind so many times! Their work is skilled, efficient and top notch. Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend Herman Mendoza of Blue Sky Construction. He is experienced and easy to work with. He communicates frequently and well. Herman expertly managed the construction of our ADU. He worked out the contract with us, offering alternatives, and solving problems. He scheduled his crew, subcontractors and inspectors so that our project was completed on time and as agreed upon. Herman/Blue Sky Custom Construction did an excellent job on our home! We bought a serious fixer upper that needed signifcant work. Herman and his crew were an absolute dream to work with and the results were outstanding. We would definitely use him again.
