I love attending Lepeng’s class and look forward to being with her. She is a gentle and affirming teacher who guides you through a series of various types of movement that include yoga, Qigong and freeform expression. Not only is her class interesting and fun but, what I love most, is how the progression of the movements conduct the flow of energy to relax and invigorate the body at the same time.
