Met with Janessa, NP.
She's arrogant, condescending and unprofessional.
I never heard directly from her when my blood work was complete, she had her assistant who sounded like a teenager, call me to pas along her POV as to refilling a particular med.
She refused to refill, which is dangerous for a person on blood thinners. She's WAYYYY over her head.
I've been on them for 12 years and know more than her.
She also didn't call to discuss the other results.
Luckily for me, that's all we dealt with, so...I'm so gone from that office.
Can't wait to see my bill for less than 1 hour of her time.

Do not go to this clinic, avoid at all cost. Trust all the bad reviews on Google.

I visited the clinic for the first time looking for a place that's more convince. A simple annual check up ended up into multiple referrals to non necessary treatment costing thousands of dollars. The billing department is a mess and cannot provide any justification on any items listed on the bill. Somehow I got charged for dementia assessment and it's taking hours to get any information out of the clinic.

Their front desk staff has absolutely zero knowledge on how a clinic should work. It's impossible to speak with anyone who can provide an ounce of information during the visit.

The whole goal of this clinic is to squeeze money from you and your insurance. The NP who took my appointment is clearly fresh grad with zero to no supervising from anyone who has more experienced, and assigning the most elaborated examination.

If you don't care about your health and your bill, feel free to pay them a visit.

Dr. Wilkie is an excellent doctor who takes the time to work through your medical issues, while skillfully listening to your concerns. I have had several serious medical issues crop up over the last few years, and he has helped me navigate these with skill and professionalism. PA Anna and FNP Janessa are both skilled clinicians and have taken great care of me and my wife. His staff are professional, friendly and skilled. Thank you all for your good care.

This is my honest opinion and cautionary tale for the next patient. Had i read the review below. I would have gone else where.This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with a medical office. I had scheduled an appointment specifically to see the actual doctor—I made sure to clarify that during the booking process, and was told there was no problem. Then, just one day before my appointment, they changed it without informing me or asking for my consent. Instead of seeing the doctor, I was assigned to someone else—an assistant, who did not appear to have the appropriate credentials or bedside manner to handle my concerns.
The assistant, Janessa, seemed more focused on projecting authority than on listening to my needs. I felt dismissed, unheard, and as though my concerns were irrelevant. Rather than addressing the issues I came in for, she steered the visit toward a slew of other services—none of which I requested. It felt like I had brought my car in for an oil change and was being pushed into replacing the brakes, tires, and transmission instead. Not once did they offer appropriate treatment or medication options for the actual issues I came in for. Instead, they pushed for excessive lab work and referrals to multiple other specialists. The entire process felt transactional and impersonal, as if their only goal was to fill quotas and bill insurance—rather than provide thoughtful, patient-centered care.To make matters worse, the front office staff was dismissive and unprofessional. I didn’t feel respected, listened to, or cared for at any point during my visit. The entire atmosphere was driven more by ego than empathy, and certainly lacked the compassion you expect from a healthcare provider. In my opinion, this office is more interested in profit than patient wellness. I’m sharing this in hopes that others can make more informed decisions when choosing their care provider.

Professionalism of staff and providers is exactly what I hoped for. Really everyone and everything was great.

Don't recommend this doctors office. I got red flags as soon as I joined this medical group and was assigned this doctor. They wanted me to come in and meet the doctor when I had no medical problem which they were going to charge me my co-pay for.… I should have left at that point. I convinced them that I did not need to come in and pay since there was nothing wrong with me and they allowed me to stay with the practice without first meeting the doctor. Every time I try to make appointment they are booked very far out. In December, I was experiencing a severe back and foot pain. I waited a month for my For my appointment. I explained that my back and foot pain We’re connected. I was prescribed meloxicam and physical therapy. After waiting for some time to get in with a physical therapist, I found out that they only referred me for my back pain and the physical therapist would not see me for my foot pain. Since I wanted to take care of both problems at once since they were connected, I had to call the doctors office again to schedule an appointment which they charge me my co-pay for again wven though it Was their mistake for not referring the foot pain to begin with. It’s only a few dollars but it’s the point. They’re charging the insurance company too.
I was also referred out to have blood work done, which there was a problem with the bloodwork companies website and it was not displaying my results so I called them and asked them for the results. They couldn’t give them to me because the doctor had not yet reviewed them. Several days later the doctor had still not reviewed them. I called again and asked for my results, finally a week after my results were actually done. I was given my blood test results and charged for that visit over the phone as well.
All in all. Not good service and charges for every little thing. When I called to ask about my bill Woman acted very irritated over my questions. I was never given an apology for not giving the proper referral to begin with. Their negligence made me go an extra month in pain before I could get in with a physical therapist. I’m gonna go ahead and pay my co-pay and never come back.

I'm incredibly impressed. Dr.Wilkey and Janessa NP are thorough and take their time to address any issue or concern you have. The rest of the staff is overall friendly, as well. Great team!
