I would not recommend Dr. E. Romas , She was unprofessional with a lack of communication. I don’t want any woman being treated how I was. There are many doctors who love their job, so choose wisely.

Do not see Virginia Chalmers for behavioral health / therapy.
I met with Virginia Chalmers in person for therapy in May, 2025. During our first session she reviewed a short questionnaire about my current mental health state and proceeded to tell me I don't have a lot of trauma. She then told me that my depression is likely chemical and not organic. This was dismissive and an inappropriate assumption for a therapist who is not a psychiatrist to make. I had to meet with her a second time due to the rules of my health care provider to request a transfer to another therapist. When I told her my reasons above for requesting this transfer, she called me a liar. She also continually spoke over me for most of our meeting and told me she would tell her supervisor that I am lying and see if I can be transferred. I do not think anyone with mental health issues should be seen by Virginia Chalmers. She is completely unprofessional.

Long story short. I got kicked out of my last psychiatrist's office because I made some comments that some people took as threatening. It was mostly my fault, but I feel like it was sort of warranted since they did treat me like a second hand citizen. I'll take responsibility for my actions. Back to the review. I needed to find a new psychiatrist before I ran out of my drugs. Randomly mentioned it to the pharmacist at Quality Care and they told me about this place. They're not open on Fridays, but so far my experience has been good. I hope I don't ruin it by going crazy on them. Fingers crossed.

My wife and I have been going to see Dr. Brad Andrews for chiropractic services for the last 5 years. Not only is he an incredible chiropractor but he's also a quality human being. Highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible waste of time, discriminatory toward people with disabilities, highly unprofessional and cruel. The counselor I was supposed to see got permission from their supervisor to deny me services for a disability I suspected I had but wasn't even diagnosed with. They make you sign paperwork saying you can't cuss even though they supposedly offer therapy for grieving and trauma (just not to me!) I bet they'll still try to charge for the apointment, which is an issue for a lawyer now. I will be pursuing a lawsuit and anyone who has been rejected or discriminated against by this place is welcome to contact me and join in on the fun. Far more harmful than helpful and will pay a legal price for it.

My son is on Medi-Cal. He uses my phone number for appointments. He has an Insurance company. All of a sudden True Care is calling my phone and coming to my home. They are not his health care provider. They seem to be insinuating they are his health care provider. He has mental health issues. This organization is not helping my son. I don't know why they are harassing him.

Referrals department is terrible. They never call back or answer the phone. It's been 20 days since my initial referral call and I still haven't been set up with a doctor. They refer me to one that is far away and then when I call the office to schedule an appointment, they tell me the doctor only works in an even further location. Why am I doing the vetting? Referrals dept should call their office and confirm, but instead they don't do their job and I'm left having to do all the work myself
