Long story short. I got kicked out of my last psychiatrist's office because I made some comments that some people took as threatening. It was mostly my fault, but I feel like it was sort of warranted since they did treat me like a second hand citizen. I'll take responsibility for my actions. Back to the review. I needed to find a new psychiatrist before I ran out of my drugs. Randomly mentioned it to the pharmacist at Quality Care and they told me about this place. They're not open on Fridays, but so far my experience has been good. I hope I don't ruin it by going crazy on them. Fingers crossed.
My wife and I have been going to see Dr. Brad Andrews for chiropractic services for the last 5 years. Not only is he an incredible chiropractor but he's also a quality human being. Highly recommend.
True Care 605 Crouch St Oceanside. Ladies (acting like high school chisme comadres) flippant with my concerns and illness. 1. I was sure the appt I set earlier was at 2:30pm. I arrived at 2:23 thinking I was early. 2. I was scolded for being late. I tried to explain but continued to be interrupted, that I had been told 2:30pm. 3. I had to wait to see if the provider would give me a pass on being seven minutes late. 4. In the meantime I called the true care phone number that I had called earlier And was told that there was a 10 minute grace period. 5. I was also told by the girls at the front desk that my insurance wasn't covered I had and IEHP Medi-cal card. I said I know that IEHP the way I have it set up it's not covered but that I had called and gotten an appointment and I was had to switch care providers after the appointment. They seem to not know what I was talking about. that was one of the reasons that I called the true care main company line. 6. And she says are you kidding me you called to complain about us. And I responded, "no I was calling to verify the appointment time". But I'm going to add that The service here is not very UNprofessional and inconsistent with what I was told from the corporate office. ***At one point the heavier lady covered her mouth so that only the lady next to her could see what she was saying and said something about me and then tilted back in their chairs laughing and then rolled her eyes at me.7. By the time I got an approval because I was so naughty for being seven minutes late I had had enough of their flippant childish behavior and decided to go somewhere else.Going through this while I had an ear ache so painful I could hardly make steps because each time I walk it hurts. It hurts to talk it hurts to chew it hurts to swallow. And I'm having to deal with their insecurities.I made a yelp account just bc this experience was so unnecessary and obnoxious. I don't usually complain. I just go in and get my business done. Now I'm still suffering an ear infection and going to ER instead. What a shame.
