Very happy with Thompson Plubming. I called Thompson Plumbing as our HVAC was not kicking on. Had a serviceman here within just a few hours and he fixed the issue in very short order. He then did a full check of our system to make sure there were no other issues. Serviceman did a great job.
Ignacio, the technician, was very responsive, communicative and skilled technician. He came to the house to inspect the tankless water heater prior to do the work, then provided the quote for the maintenance service. The company provides the cheapest quote. I asked him if he could work on it right away, the work was done in 45 mins.
Ty went over and above providing normal service. He showed me how to clean one of my filters, helped me to select new ones to order, answered my questions about how I could do better in saving on energy, alerted me to the problem of possible electric surges, and what I should do about that,etc., etc.
