Always responds right away, is thorough and efficient, very reasonably priced, and, above all, HONEST. I've called her for several appliance repairs, and I've never been disappointed.
Tess was very experienced and did a great job repairing our much loved refrigerator. I appreciate the fact that she came out immediately and it didn't take long to get the parts we needed. The charge was very reasonable and her professionalism was evident from start to finish. I've got an efficient refrigerator that's going on 25 years old due to her repairs and maintenance. I would definitely use her again and I give her my highest recommendation.
