I brought my 9-year old son in for a haircut and took it as a good sign that they had an NHL game on as we came to the door (my son loves hockey). We called ahead and were asked to arrive by 6:30pm. We walked in at 6:30pm exactly and instead of a friendly greeting a blonde stylist impatiently told us they could only take 1 person. I let her know it would only be my son and followed her instructions to check in and wait. When she came back out 5 minutes later she asked what type of cut he wanted and as I telling her, my son asked to keep the length on top. As soon as he started talking the stylist put her hands up to stop him, looked at my son and said she couldn't concentrate with him talking. I get that it can be tough when kids interrupt, but my son said less than one sentence and her reaction was plain rude. It seemed like she really didn't want to cut hair at that moment so we left.

Wait list check in 2nd on line and app says 20min, when I arrive 10min early other people are getting hair cuts and I was pushed out another 20min.Sport Clips check in system sucks.

Update: the pregnant employee was smoking pot, which is a drug that affects fetus development negatively and apparently sports clips management isn’t holding her accountable for fetal endangerment. Wow. What a crazy society we live in.An employee was sitting outside her car throwing up, then afterwords started to smoke pot out in the parking lot. It’s disgusting that a employee would then go into work and be around customers and other stylist and could spread her sickness. Outside the door you’ll see vomit and she was an employee cause she was wearing the uniform. Not ok. This is 09/16/2023. If any customer gets sick from visiting today, please file a report.

I went online to book a specific hairdresser and he told me to be there in 20 minutes, so I’ll rush down there and then they tell me first available on the board. So I inquired about it and they said no she’s getting ready to leave. So needless to say, I will never go back to them ever again. If they want you to book online it better work if they want to keep their customers.

Got a hair trim, beard trim. Fixed eyebrows. Faith basically changed me into a new person. Best experience ive had in a salon / barbershop. Recommended 10/10 i will be visiting again solely for her service.Service: Beard trim

Some new lady who'd never cut my hair before messed up my undercut so bad that it looked more like a Mohawk. What's the point of showing pictures if they're going to glance for a second and go crazy with the clippers? I shaved it all off when I got home, it looked ridiculous. I'd been getting my hair cut here for about a year at this location, but I will not be returning now
