Not worth going to this location. Mediocre service, provider barely listened to me and when I had a question after my visit she had blocked messages to her… haven’t heard anything about the results after a week

What a well run urgent care facility! From the moment we arrived through the entire exam and the tests performed everyone was exceptional. Dr. Ham and his team were extremely thorough and knowledgeable! How lucky we are to have this facility close by!

The staff was very good. However I have been making large payments on my account. $75.00- $150.00. I missed a payment and immediately was threatened with collections. I guess if you pay your bills they will intimidate and threaten you.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the staff at the urgent care facility. My wife was extremely sick with COVID-like symptoms, and the front desk was incredibly accommodating. They triaged her quickly and promptly moved her through the evaluations. She was diagnosed with pneumonia and prescribed medication to relieve her symptoms. Throughout the entire process, the staff was exceptionally kind and attentive. We could not be more grateful for their promptness and kindness.

Do not go here if you need quality care. We have multiple instances of issues going here. Latest my husband went after testing positive with Covid. He had many complications when he had it last time and needs paxlovid. He was turned away.

Gave me the complete wrong diagnosis and never ordered my MRI (after saying they would order it multiple times), days later they still can't figure it out so I went to a different doctor all the way in La Jolla (UCSD, highly recommend) to restart my process and I'm finally on the right track, no thanks to these chumps

My husband and I have used Scripps Jefferson several times and have been very pleased with the service and care we received. I was seen for a condition that required hospitalization. I was seen in a timely manner, treated with respect, had a workup to find out what was wrong and transported via ambulance to the hospital of my choice. The other times were for a fall, and illnesses. In each case, all of the staff were friendly, professional and efficient. I highly recommend this facility.
