Coach Jo has been one of the best CrossFit coaches I have received training from. I have wanted to find a coach and CrossFit box where even the small muscle groups are worked on too and enough warm ups are given before a wod to develop strength, flexibility, and development of a particular muscle group. For example, not a lot of boxes do bench presses, but Jo understands the importance of developing our chest muscles as CrossFit athletes in order to be able to execute movements needed in CrossFit. Thank you for introducing me to the MAC classes, whose wonderful instructor leads us through a one-minute workout on each machine followed by a one-minute stretching routine afterwards, for a total of thirty minutes at each session. I always feel welcome and recognized for my efforts to attain wellness, by the instructors and participants alike.
Highly recommend MWF morning Silverfit classes. Coach Jo plans a modified/very do able set of exercises for seniors.I quickly have seen results. I feel great since making the commitment a healthy lifestyle.
