The best place for a workout for upper and lower body. The clients are friendly. The owner is very knowledgeable and can help you no matter what. Take me, for instance, I was born with cerebral palsy, have Parkinson, and a mini stroke. I work out five times a week, their. I push myself every single time. I joined Polarize CrossFit when I moved here from Oregon in August. I reached out to coach Jo and she was so kind to welcome me to join a class. I went to the class and instantly felt at home. The members were welcoming and I was challenged to be a better athlete. Prior to moving to California, I was nursing an injury (non-CrossFit related) and was working out half the amount of time as I am now. The coaches have been more than willing to help accommodate and strengthen the areas that I was concerned about rejoining a CrossFit gym. Dropped in coming from AZ. Spoke and met with Jo an instantly felt at home which as crossfitters is a tough thing to come by when it’s not your “home” box. But Jo was very welcoming and had an infectious energy about her! The gym was clean and had everything you’d need to get a proper workout in. If I lived in town this would be my new box! Was hoping to drop in a few more times before heading out but was unable to. But there’s is no doubt that when I’m in town again I’ll be coming back! Thank you, Jo!
