I have had the most amazing experience here! Both doctors are so patient and really take the time to get to know what you are needing to get worked on. I have had amazing results with the Contour Light and Chiropractic adjustments! My pain has reduced severely and I feel so much better overall!!
I just finished my first round of the Chirothin/Red Light contouring program and wow...where do I even start? First of all, I was completely skeptical going into this because I have tried SO MANY programs and techniques to lose weight (cool sculpting, pills, diets, you name it). This is the only program that really worked for me and I couldn't have done it without the guidance and support of Jerry and David at Living Better Healthcare. I really appreciated the thorough initial consultation with Jerry. We did a whole body composition analysis, a red light session, and a discussion about the different program options. He told me exactly what I was getting into with the program and how to achieve success. I lost a total of 15 pounds in 6 weeks (which is actually the minimum you are guaranteed to lose). This is not an easy program by any means, but it is doable. You have to be fully committed and consistent, and if you are, you will be SO glad you were and you and others around you will start noticing a difference in your body, your energy level, and confidence. The red light sessions included in the program are such a treat, and the benefits of the red light are endless. They were very relaxing and I looked forward to them every time. The chirothin program involves eating real whole foods, drinking plenty of water, and requires little to no exercise. It's all about re-thinking the way you eat and drink and having awareness of how different foods affect you. It's like pressing a reset button for your body. Jerry and David were professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable, always able to answer my questions and give great advice. I can't wait to do another round of this program and have even more success after everything I've learned. If you're thinking about trying this, stop thinking, and just do it!
