Dr. Cruz is an excellent chiropractor who has helped me regain my strength after experiencing pain and weakness on my right side. Initially I went to my primary doctor and then to physical therapy which did not address the issue. I am very happy I found her and am almost back to my “old self”. She has amazing staff who assist her so it is always enjoyable to go there. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Cruz did great job helping me with some back pain. She took time to discuss my issues and in addition to her adjustments, she showed me some exercises and stretches I could do on my own to help the underlying causes and prevent the problems from returning.
