John is the proud owner and has well trained staff and keeps the place clean. He does nails too, I'm always complimented on the designs he does. I have acrylic nails that have not needed to be replaced in 2+ years.

Terrible foot massages, unless you like your feet rubbed very gingerly with lotion. Very inconsistent quality and they are not happy campers when you ask them to even out the thickness of nails. Been a dozen times and I did give them plenty of chances, but I'm done! Word of advice to the ladies that work there, up your professionalism and stop taking personal calls while working on a client. I felt like I'd come out with funky dip manicures every time. And I did tip well and they were excited to have me there. But job was rushed and quality on average rather poor. Cleanliness is definitely lacking here too.
