Scheduling an appointment has been a nightmare. They either don't call you back or tell you if you miss their call you don't get a doctors appointment. It's just ridiculous. The lady on the phone told me today their system has been down for 2 months due to a security breach. How are they even open? They seem inefficient at best. I think I'm going to find myself a new primary, that actually sees patients in a timely fashion.

Doctor Gosalia is wonderful. That's the only reason I haven't yet gone elsewhere. This office is part of a conglomerate spanning Southern CA. Communication is slow and poor. At the moment I can't even get someone on the phone (rings several times and then goes silent). When they do answer, it's seemingly someone in a call center who just relays my message...usually...eventually. I've still had better luck that route, vs their online portal. If I could call the front desk at this office directly and get a person there, I'd have no issues. But they aren't set up that way, and even getting transferred is a hassle.

I like my primary care doctor linden burzell but the front office here is a mess I have called 6 times today each time I say hello hello and no one responds they just hang up on me over and over at this point I may need to move my primary doctor simply because I can’t even get ahold of him
