I've been practicing Pilates for a little over two years with Kathy...first at a studio where she worked, and now I work one on one with her. I am SO GRATEFUL to have Kathy in my life! Any instructor can have you walk out of a session feeling good in your body, but when I leave my sessions with her, I feel good in my HEART and my SOUL as well. Kathy's constantly checking if you're safe in a pose / movement. She narrates your activity and demonstrates each new skill in detail, so you feel confident in trying it out. I just love working out with Kathy. She is ingenious and comes up with unique fitness plans that really cater to your individual needs. My foot was hurting, so she started with helping me heal that before our workout. She has great energy, is super intuitive, and will just make you feel awesome all day. If I lived closer, I'd go to her every day. She's so much fun, but gets the job done. Perfect combo!!
