Dr. Sarah is incredible and a miracle worker. I developed Achilles tendinosis by summer 2023. I had been going to physical therapy but wasn’t progressing. I I started seeing Dr. Sarah early 2024 and she worked with me. Did probably 6 sessions of ART and I was back up and running by May 2024. Eventually I competed in my first Half and Full Ironman’s in the Fall of 2024 thanks in all the work Dr. Sarah did. Then in 2025 training for the Oceanside half-Ironman, I hurt my IT band really badly a month before the race. I really thought I might not be able to compete in the race. Dr. Sarah worked wonders for me. I had been struggling with De Quervain's tenosynovitis since February 2022, enduring two years of searching for a solution to ease the sharp pain whenever my wrist moved into certain positions, as well as the accompanying stiffness. Eventually, I reached a point where I resigned myself to the idea that I might never again enjoy activities like drawing, painting, sewing, and cooking, as my thumb and fingers were increasingly immobile. Dr. Sarah is the best! I've had scar tissues in my stomach for years and have not met anyone who can release the pain better than she can. She truly cares for your health and well being and gives you exercises to go along with the treatment. Dr. Sarah is easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable the moment you step in the door and does not have you waiting like other places I've been to. She is HIGHLY recommended!!!!
