Very relaxing experience and fast booking. Amy did my massage and really took her time, she was very gentle but was still able to remove a lot of knots I had in my back. She took her time in giving me a massage based on my needs. I left feeling very happy and relaxed.

I came here for severe lower back pain and I called hours ahead of time to schedule a time and was told that I can ask someone to focus on that. The lady's English on the phone could have been better but she understood what I wanted and provided good service. When I got there, the lady's English there was even worse and communicating about what I wanted was difficult. I waited almost 30 mins after the scheduled appointment. After trying for awhile, I had to resort to pointing to parts (here) and saying yes/no. 20 minutes into the massage, she figured out the area I was asking for and she did a great job. She was not happy with my $5 tip and could barely make out more than one English word in every sentence. She pointed to a suggestion on her clipboard that said $10 suggested for every hour. I have never been demanded to tip (more), especially by a person who could barely communicate what she was thinking. Communication has always been an essential part of customer service and makes this place unable to produce that. She proceeded to walk me out and made an attempt to say that I should go to the chiropractor nextdoor as if she was going to refuse service. I thought it was pretty outrageous. Great massage but terrible communication!

it is elaxing and therapeutic! This is my first visit, I am a little bit afraid, but it is very good! The therapist got all my back pain and muscle pain, made me very comfortable. Their entire staff were so professional and attentive to my needs. I will come back for another massage!
