I waited six months since Coastline installed my floors to post this review because I’ve had such a bad experience with floors in the pas. We have lived in our house for 20 years and have had 3 floors fail!
What first interested me in Jose was how thorough we was through the consultation. Attention to detail, making sure that he pointed out all the things that could go wrong and how he would make sure they didn’t go wrong. His team executed well and the floor is fantastic! Thank you Jose!
Working with coastline flooring was a breeze. They get 5 stars for their excellent communication, attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. They ensured every detail of the install was perfected. When we hit an issue because our painting contractor did not finish on time they handled the overlap with professionalism and were able to adapt and work around the painters to get. Their job done on time. They even went above and beyond to come back days later after we installed a vanity to add baseboards around the legs of it. The floors are beautiful and we love them!
I had a fantastic experience with Jose and his team at Coastline flooring! Don't let the number of reviews fool you, this company is top notch and truly a diamond in the rough! If I were to guess why there aren't a ton of reviews, I'd imagine it's because Jose is too humble and respectful to ask his clients to spend time writing a review. But I want the world to know of my amazing experience with Jose and his crew at Coastline Flooring!
