I’m the kind of guy that goes months on end between haircuts. And even then, I usually have my wife cut my hair. This time, though, I was in the market for an actual barber shop to give my wife a break. Heard about Catrins through my wife’s friend. I decided to give it a shot. I’m definitely overdue for this review because we’ve been going to Catrins for almost a year now.
My boys had been getting their hair cut by the same person since their very first haircut, so when she moved out of town I had to start from scratch. I wanted to find a place that understood their mixed curly hair, but I also wanted somewhere they would enjoy going. Haircuts have always been kind of a thing the boys and I do together, so the experience matters too.
