Well-located studio with lots of class options! I LOVE Siobhan's classes and Bob Grimmick's "Swirl of Sound" sound healing event. Definitely recommend both of them!!
I love going to Black Sheep Yoga, especially to Nicole'sclasses - they are well planned, and accessible to all levels. I'm not flexible, and I've never felt judged walking into Black Sheep. It's an incredibly welcoming and wonderful experience.
