Have you ever had a doctor who has left a good impression that you've never forgotten their name or face no matter how many years have passed? Yes, no, maybe? Well, for me, that person is Dr. Gorgas. I was 11 in 1988, when I had Dr. Gorgas as my chiropractor, and I never forgot this kind man who healed me up after a car accident where my dad's vehicle was hit from behind. Recently, my middle child asked if I could possibly have him see a chiropractor as he was experiencing neck pain, and thus, I decided to see "if" 1. Dr. Gorgas was still in practice, and 2. If Dr. Gorgas was at least in San Diego County? Thank goodness for Google, btw, and crazy not only was the answer yes to both of my questions, but Dr. Gorgas is local to me by 7 minutes. Complete mind-boggling and a no-brainer I wanted my son to be seen by him. We just started services, but I know I've made the best and right decision as far as chiropractor for my son goes.

Just started coming to Dr. G, but wish I had come sooner.I've been dealing with neck and back pain for 4 years due to a sports injury, and it was just lingering. No stretching exercise or PT would help. I have instantly started feeling better after just a few adjustments and sessions with Dr. G and look forward to my next visit.Everyone in the office is super nice and kind.

Great Dr. Dr Gorgas is very good at what he does, and is extremely personable. He helped me with a back pain I've had for years, which is now gone after several sessions. Anna, the office mgr, is the sweetest and very professional.

I made a last minute appointment and was accepted. Meeting with Dr. Gorgas he took his time and explained to me the health about my recurring shoulder and back problems. After looking at an x-ray we were able to further diagnose my issues. All of which I didn't understand when I was going to my previous chiropractors and acupuncturist. After that he gave me some good resets and immediately I felt relief. I really enjoyed his fun, upbeat and informative style. His staff is also very friendly. I'll definitely be going back as needed & highly recommend him.

Dr Gorgas has alot of knowledge in materials in which he knows, understands and with his experience he really puts in perspective of what he can do for you. All his staff does a great job and has a lot of patience with scheduling. The receptionists in the front are very nice, respectful and helpful. I can't imagine what a pleasure it is having those 2 in the front. Thank you

Dr.Gorgas is amazing. He explained throughly what was causing my pain and the steps we will take to fix it. I'm so grateful for his time, and help. Already feeling better but will be returning and referring!

This was honestly almost a 5 star but the Doctor Gorgas was questioning why my son & I had a face mask on WTH ?? I did explain to him why we were wearing them my husband had his spleen removed this year. His Doctor recommended to keep wearing masks to protect my husband's health he cannot get sick.Honestly it caught me off guard and was awkard we were having that conversation. After I left I couldn't stop thinking what just happened and whyyy ??? It's my personal preference to keep wearing a face mask it's not like I'm breaking the law ! This really upset me and I should have spoken up more but I was caught off guard completely. Beginning of covid it was required to wear face masks everywhere and now if I wear a mask it's questioned ?? I don't mind wearing a face mask and I'm fully vaccinated but I'm not gonna risk my husband getting sick. Doctor might have his own opinion and that's fine but don't treat people like this it's not professional. Maybe the way you said it could have been different too.The visit and treatment was great but this is a big NO NO***Updated 7/15/2022Original I gave a 2 star review but I gave it a 4 instead because Dr did respond very quickly and apologized. I went to my chiropractor in Imperial Beach yesterday and they were very nice telling me it was my option to wear a face mask.My chiropractor was actually wearing a face mask ?! Just a recommendation changing the tone and way to address the face mask is optional.

Words are not enough to express the Gratitude I have for Dr Gorgas. He healed my daughter from numerous things she was experiencing in her body. I watched my daughter heal dramatically. I thought okay it's time for me. It was absolutely not easy for me to trust a chiropractic adjustment, however Dr Gorgas is so professional and the deep wisdom of knowledge he has about his profession... I found it very easy for me to trust all his GUIDANCE. As a result of all of the vitamins he recommended, which he provides on premises. All the BEST quality. And his healing chiropractic adjustments. I feel healthier and lighter than I've felt in over 10 years. As a result I lost a lot of weight. God Bless those healing hands Dr. Gorgas.
