We live in Rancho Del Oro, Bel Conto. On Tuesday our 30 year old furnace stopped working. Contacted Don at Aspen Cooling & Heating Tuesday afternoon, he came to the house Wednesday morning, diagnosed the problem and fixed the furnace within an hour. His charges for parts and labor were fair and reasonable. What I really appreciated was the fact that he fixed the problem and did not try to upsell me a new furnace by trying to convince me that the 30 year old unit need replacement.

Professional, ethical, realistic and honest. Spent time with us on the phone answering questions. He gave us practical advice and tried to save us money. Super knowledgable and honest pricing! We had a company come out and tell us our 10 year old A/C unit needed a new compressor. Got a second opinion from Aspen and they were able to fix our A/C and we did NOT even need a new compressor. Saved us hundreds of dollars! I would highly recommend Aspen.
