This company is the best! From the remediation team to the repair team and the estimate/ billing team. Cody and Darren were both such a pleasure to work with. This was a very stressful time for me and right off the bat Darrin was very communicative with me and told me exactly what to expect. He periodically checked in and would always reply to my questions. Cody was also exceptional. He gave me a call once the project started and told me what to expect and updated me with timelines. This whole experience would have been terrible if it was not for them two. I don’t want this to ever happen to me, but if it did, I would definitely want to work with this company.
Darrin, Brandon, and the Whole Team at 1M Restoration & Repair were Awesome, Start to Finish, and even after, checking in on how I was doing the whole way. They were quick to respond, both times we requested and needed them out, they were pleasant and professional, and did a very clean and tidy job as well.
