I walked in for a fill since my regular nail shop is closed on Mondays. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and the staff seemed so nice and hospitable. Rachel did my nails right away and knew exactly how to shape them. I walked out delighted with my nails. I will definitely be back :)
The technicians there were very friendly and social. I liked the atmosphere which made me very comfortable. Heather (Owner) was sweet as pie and very good to talk to. I'm very, very picky and this is now "MY SPOT!" ???
OK let's start with the saying maybe today was not a good day for them. I came today exactly at 10 AM I wanted to get my nails done which I did, refill. I came here two weeks ago and I had my nails done and they were wonderful I love them and that's the reason why I came back. But today though, I was so disappointed very disappointed. My nails look horrible, I honestly was about to tell him to stop and just pay for whatever he has done so far. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I think he saw my face I was not happy about it but I did not want to be one of those people who make a big deal so I just suck it up.
