Need some quality control here on their barbers. I've been there twice and my first barber did a great job. Second barber respectfully had a good artistic vision but no technique. Left my hair looking like a lawnmower had gone through it. Didn't ask for anything complicated. Not really sure where he learned to cut hair. It's hard to say if I'll be back if anyone is just allowed to cut hair there.Update: I went back when I had more time and they were able to mostly give me the haircut I was looking for. I respected their customer service effort so I'm giving them 1 more star for the effort until I get another haircut.

My husband has been going to Derrick at HIMC in Oakley for two years. Before moving out to Antioch, his barber in Burlingame charged him twice as much for the same services. Derrick is professional, pays attention to detail and gets it right every time. He's the only barber my husband has trusted out here. A true professional in his field. He listens. We appreciate you, Derrick!

Can't say enough great things about HIMC. This is all 4 of my boys (ages 17-11) go to spot to get their hair cut. They always leave happy and each have had different barbers at some point (by their choice). Thank you for always being great to us and for the back to school hair cuts, tacos, and backpacks!
