We are only in California in the summers but our go to spot is always Diamond Hills. Kids play basketball there practically everyday. We swim there many times during the summer as well. There’s a kids center that entertains young children while you workout. The place is very clean and well maintained. We just love being there and thankful that it’s so close to us.

I’m 78 years old and not in good health. Muscle strength is poor balance is off have a bad back heart disease and COPD I’m on the senior advantage through Kaiser. I try to get into the lovely pool as offer as I can. I walk in chest high water for two hours working my arms and legs. I love this chance to be mobile and work with out pain. Thank you Diamond Hills and Kaiser
