I was attending a conference at the Oakland Convention Center and took Amelia's morning yoga class offered on floor 21 of the Marriott. It was a stunning view and Amelia was a great teacher. I really liked the way she spoke about which move was coming next and I felt very comfortable even as a beginner. Highly recommend hiring her if you have an event.

Amelia's yoga is the thing I look forward to during the week. She does a wonderful job of leading us and providing a relaxing setting for the end of the day. I highly recommend coming to her classes if you are interested in reducing the stress in your life and having a great time doing yoga at an affordable price! The best yoga teacher I have ever had!

Amelia is a fantastic instructor and has been my favorite yoga instructor for many years! Her classes are always fun and inspiring, and she always leaves room for both challenging yourself and giving your body a little grace, whatever you need on that day. I love how well she knows the body and can help offer tweaks or alternative poses etc to help relieve or avoid discomfort. I cannot recommend her enough!
