I mean you can go to home depot and find plants cheaper, but the draw here is you're getting plants that are more accustomed to our Montclair climate, local species, local staff, people that will help you when asked questions and know about growing specific plants in our area.
This is a great nursery. The employees are friendly and helpful with a wonderful knowledge of the variety of the things I love best - flowers. The location is also a vibe that feels like your in your own backyard and so easily allows you to imagine of the things that could be. There is even a small bridge with a seasonal stream under it. Majestic redwood trees line the parking lot and the drive there is scenic through parts of Peidmont and Montclair
Such beautiful and healthy plants. Those shown can certainly grow in the Oakland hills where it's cooler the whole year. There's also gorgeous, amazing, very expensive but quality outdoor furniture.
