Jodi is the COLOR QUEEN. Full stop. I've had my hair colored by her since 2010 (off and on because I don't live in the bay anymore) and dang... her color skills are way above everyone else I've gone to colorists all over the country and in Europe. Right now I'm doing this copper red thing, and had my color totally out of wack and over bleached by someone else. Jodi saved me and totally zeroed in on EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED the first time. She is super cool and chill too. Her style is on point. Violet Fury is the cutest lil salon and I love having a coffee before my appointment at the place downstairs. What a gem! How have I been going here so long and haven't reviewed it?!? I found Jodi at the start of the pandemic when salons were closing. My previous stylist had moved on and I heard through the grapevine that Jodi was taking clients. She worked at the same salon and I always thought she had the cutest style!! I was stoked to see what she could do- I knew she'd be great cause I was always inspired when I saw everyone's gorgeous hair transformations! So, despite being across the bridge from me, I couldn't IMAGINE going anywhere else.
