I am a Board Member for a condo complex in Santa Clara. I really appreciate the assistance I received from Amber Gill. It is difficult to get unbiased information. Management companies are trying to push services because they often get cuts in them. Raising assessments means there's more money to pay the management company. It is good to see there is an organization out there to guide board members and protect homeowners.

Woman owned. I have structured my life over the past several years so I do not have to deal with “them”. I’m nearly there. I think,)I gave a previously bad review I hope they can forgive me,). I am HOPING they can be the key I need to GET OUT!!! Get out of make and make-dominant control.
