TNT Strength - Personal Training Gym Oakland is a team of evidence-based strength coaches dedicated to helping people become the best versions of themselves through in-person and online strength training. With decades of experience working with everyone from professional athletes to adults in their 90s, the certified coaches at TNT have collectively helped thousands of people feel great about their fitness.     Highly recommend TNT! I came in intimidated by strength training, and now it's a core part of my weekly routine. Eric and Rikko are incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely fun to train with. The community is wonderful too — every time I'm in the gym, the vibe is supportive and positive. I also travel a lot, and they've been great about staying flexible, even doing virtual sessions when I'm on the road. Training with them has made a real difference in my overall fitness, mental health, and even my running and pickleball.

    I look forward to my workouts with Rikko. It’s my first time working with a personal trainer and I’ve gotten good results from it. In my first 3 months I gained 4 lbs of muscle. It’s also a plus that it’s easy to fit it into my schedule consistently as a working mom because the workouts are so efficient. Rikko pushes me to get stronger and I always walk out of the gym feeling great!
