A couple years ago, I had gotten some quotes for window replacement, but no one could seem to talk to me about the specifics of how the work would be done, trade offs between this window or that, what we should expect from the whole process --- basically the people that came out could only give a quote for some windows, not explain why, and that was it. Our Marvin patio doors were locked and we could not get them open. I contacted my rep from Ashby Lumber and he gave me Jim's number. Jim came to our home the same day. He took pictures and worked on the hardware for a minute. He is going to order what we need and get our door back to 100%. Such a professional guy. If you have any Marvin door or window problems Jim is the guy. A plus
