Randy and his team are amazing!!! - I had a last-minute holiday trip, new in Oakland, and after seeing the reviews and being in contact with Randy, I knew this was the place. The passion Randy and his team has, it is visible from the first time. He took care of my baby Pepe so well. Professional service from the meet and greet to the moment I picked him up, without mentioning the daily updates along with the flexibility the team displayed. Randy is a stand up guy and you can tell he really cares about dogs and his customers. My husband and I boarded our dog Marcy with him and when we contacted Randy with some issues that came up, he took immediate action to try and come to a resolution and find out what went wrong. Although we didn’t have a great experience at The Pack because of said issue, I felt compelled to leave a good review because of the integrity and accountability that Randy showed, and we know that what happened to us was a one off incident.
