I love everything about the lash lounge. Everyone is so friendly and so helpful. Every time I go there I know I'm in for a great experience in a relaxing and fun atmosphere of caring and professionalism. I have been going to Kyra for about a year now and she is just the best. My lashes always look beautiful. I went to her recently for specific problem I was having and she patiently worked for almost 3 hours on me! I feel very lucky to have found the lash lounge.
The friendliness of the front desk staff, the knowledge and experience of the stylists. The stylist, Tabitha provided an excellent experience, I expressed what I was looking for and she delivered. She communicated with me what she was doing and explained she needed to remove more lashes than usual to provide a quality long lasting set.
Tabitha also provided at home care tips and offered to assess at home routine at the next visit.
Happy to have made the decision to change locations.
I’ve always had wonderful customer service, from the front desk associates to the lash artists themselves. They always under understand the assignment and offer me lashes that look natural and I have wonderful retention. Christina is my GURL and even when she’s booked solid, Chrissy always helps me fine another lash artist that is also fabulous
