The taxes themselves were both expensive and resulted in the IRS contacting me for missing forms - not the end of the world, but also not confidence-inspiring. Then we decided to use a different company for the subsequent taxes. I tried for a month (emails, calling every day, the works, and no this was not at tax time) to get a simple document from Tax Ninja - my depreciation schedule. After a month they finally sent several documents, none of which was the actual schedule. I gave up and had to spend several hundred dollars having my current preparer recreate it. I cannot imagine a situation in which I would use Tax Ninja's services again.

Matt has been doing my taxes for years, and I am consistently happy with his great work. He's incredibly knowledgeable, super easy to talk to and always takes time to provide thorough explanations that are easy to understand. Also, the entire office culture is very warm and friendly which makes tax time much more bearable. Tax Ninja is just all around superb!

I've been seeing Matt at Tax Ninja to help with my taxes for the past five years and wholeheartedly recommend his services. Matt always helps me save money that I otherwise would have lost thanks to his knowledge of the tax system, and gives great advice on the types of things I should be keeping track of to help things go smoothly. Taxes in the U.S. are way too complicated to not pay a professional for help. They'll save you money, (maybe more importantly) time and stress.
