Martha, Wing, Tran and the rest of the staff are always kind, courteous and professional. More importantly, they give great haircuts. Place is always clean and very well maintained. I come here every time and don't plan on going anywhere else. Keep up the great work, team!

Decent haircut but poor experience. Called to make an appointment directly from the App and had to listen to recorded message trying to sell m $100 vouchers. Eventually hung up and called the phone number directly from my phone keypad. Woman answered ((10:30 am) and told me no slots available until 2:30pm.

I arrived at 2:20 and the door was locked with a sign that said “at lunch back at 2:30”. There were two other customers waiting, as well. At 2:35, door is opened and the three of us all expect to get our haircut. There is only the one woman working.

Stylist was the only one working and I had no appointment. She offered for me ro return in 45 minutes. When I did return, she took me promptly and finished the cut quickly in the style I requested.

Requested style: Above the shoulder bob, based on an old picture of myself.

Hair type: Straight, light brown and gray.

Stylist: Tran did great, was quick and produced the cut I requested.
