Summit Alta Bates Hospital is above and beyond excellent. I was admitted on Jan. 24 my second admission and all the doctor's are great especially Dr. Daniel Montes, Dr. Ross, Dr. Chang at 6th floor were I stayed. He comes every day to see me and check on me even weekends Saturdays and Sundays. that's Summit provides doctors and care 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. All nurses, case nurses, and charge nurses are great. I remember Kristie, Bernadette, Divina, Eres, Tsering I don't remember the name and others but they are all excellent. If something happen to me again, I hope not. In gods will. I will go back to Summit.

GiGi works at the reception desk at the ER and was so lovely. She was very attentive to everyone's needs. She offered warm blankets to one lady. Offered fruit cups to a young boy and then read to him. The staff here was great. It's never my first choice to spend an evening in the ER but the staff especially GiGi made the experience a very welcoming and positive one.

Everyone .. doctors.. nurses.and lab technician & foods Everything was on point. Very tentative . From the moment I entered the hospital. I was taken care of. Thank you Everyone on the 5th floor for taking care if me. Thank you.. Concepcion & Seyyida night nurses.. and Ashley.. for drawing 15 viles smooth drawing blood
