Solid haircut, nice atmosphere, Great price, and awesome chocolates :)
Highly recommended over the other places in the vicinity if you're looking for a normal haircut for a down-to-earth price.

This is a nice, old fashioned, simple barber shop. Think Norman Rockwell. Its small, with old magazines and a copy of the Oakland Tribune. Haircuts are $13. If you think it takes $100 for a good hair cut, Mr. Edwards, this place is not for you. I'm not real picky, but I'm always satisfied. Hours are limited - I tend to go on Saturday A.M. She has a big 1950s radio and KPIG is always playing. The woman who runs the place (I think her name is Rosemary) is nice and easy going. She's been at this location since the early 1980's.
