Was visiting Oakland and decided I wanted my eyebrows threaded. Looked up this business and decided to try it out. The entrance to the building was a bit confusing but its a basically several spaces for many businesses. I called the number and was assisted right away. The up-sale was real because I ended up getting a tinted brow as well. Initially I was very pleased with the tint but it lasted maybe a day. Sooo maybe not get that if you want something to last longer. All in all I was very pleased with my experience here. Good customer service, clean space and located conveniently in the city.
