They took me as a walk in, I did not have to wait so that's a plus, however not satisfied with the service. Feels like the service is rushed. Has acrylic on my skin, pedicure is $45 just for a trim and oil rubbed in my skin not ever a full pedicure. I paid $80 for my pedicure just to get an acrylic fill and literally not even a regular pedicure. Never will return just a one time terrible experience. And doesn't seem sanitary. I'm a licensed esthetician myself trying to support other small business. Hopefully they can take constructive criticism and enhance their nail experience and treatments because they pushing customers away. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone.
I enjoyed the owner doing my nails. She's been around for a long time and knows nails and lashes. I will have to go back for my fill and pedicure. I thank the company for the service as it's hard to find good nail techs in Oakland.
