Moved into a house where RT design was contracted to do a remodel on the kitchen and bathroom by the realtor who was paid to make it happen as quickly as possible. RT design did the work unpermitted, without going through the city, meaning our kitchen and bathroom were out of spec and won't pass. Have to pay out of pocket now for those permits because more work is being done just to fix what they did.Oh, and if you don't care about permits, maybe Youll care about the fact that they did an absolute sloppy job.
