Other than laundering your clothes properly they remember you and the staff and owner really show the appreciation of your business.I also love the fact they will tell when your clothes will be ready

I really like the elderly couple who were owners and workers here. Very personable, and they would just notice little things that needed mending and just do it for me complimentary. Always well done. I love the older generation owners and thank them very much for all their years of service. They took the to notice about my family and ask about them. So very kind! I'm open to the new management, but these are hard shoes to fill. i Hope they have a wonderful retirement and that the business will stay good!

I went to Pride Cleaners for the first time and dropped of some shirts and a coat. The person receiving my items was curt and clearly did not care that I was a new customer. In fact, she was so short with me, I forgot to point out one of the shirts I brought was silk and would require dry cleaning and had a spot to pre-treat. As a professional providing a service, I would expect her to catch this. She didn't. Luckily, I called an hour or two later and asked if the service could be changed from launder to dry clean. After a heavy sigh, the person on the phone, told me it could be done.I picked the shirts and coat up , again with little acknowledgement of my physical presence...read full review
