This is my favorite pilates studio in the East Bay. Bonnie (the owner), Sarah (my instructor), and all the instructors customize classes based on client needs. I am a lot stronger, more flexible, and my migraine headaches gave improved since working with Sarah. I really appreciate her attention to detail, challenging me to try harder techniques and perfecting what I know, and for all the encouragement she gives me in my daily life.

I have to update my review as it's been a couple years and I still wish that I got to spend everyday at PrecisionPoint! I look forward to Amy's weekly class online and love in person privates with Bonnie and Nadya. I continued doing Pilates throughout my second pregnancy and after my baby was born. I think I got back to "normal" even quicker the second time around thanks to pilates. All of the instructors are so thoughtful about exercises and adjustments to deal with my diastasis recti and got me to a place where my body is strong enough and I felt comfortable to do everything I want to. wish I got to go more often!
