We first contacted Peraza to do some restoration work on two floors of our building following water damage due to our laundry room flooding. Alex Peraza met me on time for an initial walkthrough of the affected areas and provided estimates. Their pricing was the most attractive of the other bids so we chose them as a contractor for the job.
Details of project included installation of new drywall, tile work, carpet and LVP flooring installation, paint and site clean up.

Excellent workmanship , Alex and his crew are professional. Alex communicated well to let us know exactly what have to be done and gave a estimate. Any change order, he will notify you and update the cost. His crew showed up on time, prepared area protection and clean up after the job is done.
