I have been an Everett Graphics employee for 26 years and have found that our IT service has been outstanding recently. Our current tech that services us throughout the week always demonstrates kindness, professionalism, and a strong service-oriented mindset. Whether it's troubleshooting tech problems or guiding us through setup questions, they are very patient, efficient, and genuinely committed to finding solutions. Whether it’s a simple question or a frustrating issue, they jump in right away and stick with it until it’s fixed. You never feel like you're a bother — help is always genuine, and a solution always found. Can’t recommend them enough!
