If you are a consumer that doesn't know what the hell you are doing , you will definitely irritate the people behind the counter. Educate yourself before going in . It's a great company for professional plumbers. And mechanical contractors. I'm not trying to discourage you if you are a homeowner but I don't go in looking for free advice because that's not what this place is for.
