Update: the payment issue was resolved.
I went for a cleaning procedure in September. The procedure itself went fine.
Before the procedure, I was told that my insurance covers the entire cost of the procedure. However, after the procedure, I was told I need to pay the entire fee since my insurance doesn’t cover it.
From the moment I stepped into Oakland Smile Dentistry, I felt very welcomed by the entire staff! They were personable and professional and gave me all the information I requested, as it pertained to my personal Care Plan. It was a fantastic experience and I would recommend this practice to anyone and everyone I meet! Thank you, 100x !🙂 I will be back!
