About Oakland Scottish Rite Center
The Oakland Scottish Rite Center is a stunning architectural landmark, completed in 1927 at a cost of approximately $1.5 million. Built by over a thousand craftsmen, this impressive edifice was erected in just two years, serving as the second temple in Oakland built by the Scottish Rite Masonic fraternity since 1883.
